Day 92 Exercise bunch of walking Food spinach breakfast sandwich from starbucks 2 peanut butter and jam sandwich on whole wheat 2 Nutella sandwiches on whole wheat Iced coffee 4 glasses of water (not easy drinking water when your out at a convention all day) 1 chicken wrap Personal Victory Really wanted to try out the new cheeseburger chips while watching the UFC. Decided not to even try them for fear of eating a bag. Observations. Had way too much bread today (carbs) Day 91

Felt good to work out! Won't be training for another 2 weeks so I really have to watch what I eat.
Day 85 Exercise 4 hours of MMA training Food Starbucks Protein drink (Vivanno) 6inch turkey sub 10 glasses of water 1 Gatorade pork, vegetables, mixed with a little pasta Personal Victory Observations. So its the last day of the Toronto After Dark fest. I ate a lot of Shawarma but I'm proud that I did pretty well considering I had to eat out every day. This is also the last day before my holiday starts ;).
