1 day til the after dark film fest. I'm going to have to prepare from a diet perspective. Tomorrow I plan on doing some reconnaissance  of the area to find out where the best places are to eat healthy. Laying off the popcorn will be tough but I'll try to stick with the small. Since my last workout for a week will be on Saturday (my Muay Thai test) I will have to be extra careful.
