Great week this week. Down 2 1/2 pounds. I don't expect next week to be as good as I'm taking off a couple of days of training to let my body recover. Very happy though.

Chicken Schwarma on a whole wheat pita (too lazy to make my lunch and not a lot of healthy choices)
Starbucks iced coffee
Beef Stew
8 glasses of water


Personal Victory
Personal victory today is actually not going in to train and allowing my body to recover. Sometimes you have to step back to move forward.
