1 hour of Muay Thai training 

1 coffee
yogurt and berries vanilla Tim Horton's
2 BBQ pork loin, mixed vegetables
2 small yogurts
2 oranges
1 turkey sandwich on whole wheat, 2 pickles
10 glasses of water

Personal Victory
Foot was still hurting but I went to the gym anyway.

Noticed I wasn't eating enough vegetables and fruit. I have to make more of a conscious effort to do so.
