Day 8

1 hour JKD/Self Defense training
1 1/2 hours of Kali weapons training.

1 coffee
yogurt and berries vanilla Tim Horton's

8 glasses of water
2 chicken salad sandwiches on whole wheat
2 small yogurts
mixed vegetables
large bowl of raisin bran cereal

Personal Victory
Actually wasn't too hard today.

Not having my favorite foods during the week is hard enough but I think weekends are the worst.  I think by planning them a bit better, such as where I'm going to be, I can make sure I have access to healthy food.  For example, I'm thinking of doing the drive-in. Not a place where you can find healthy food! I will have to pack and bring my own.
