4 day weekend for me! Woot!

Day 34
Exercise
Had to work late today so I missed my class. I'll have to make up for it on the weekend.

Food
1 coffee
yogurt and berries vanilla from Starbucks (Timies lineup was redonkulous)
Handful of Almonds
2 small turkey and Swiss sandwiches on whole wheat buns
8 glasses of water
2 small yogurts
2 apples
1 BBQ sausage
1 BBQ pork loin
mixed vegetables

Observations
 
Its a 3 day week for me so hump day is on a Tuesday!
Day 33
Exercise
1/2 hour of Muay Thai training (I got to the gym early so I did the last half hour of class)
1 1/2 hours JKD/Self Defense training
1 hour Savate kickboxing

Personal Victory
Went a little crazy with the workout tonight. I was tired but not completely dead.

Observations
 
Had another amazing week. Down 2 pounds which puts me 1 1/2 pounds past my initial goal of 10lbs weight lost. Its been a hard journey but definitely worth it. I already can feel the difference the weight loss makes in my day to day activities. I've decided to continue this journey. Stay tuned for Slam V 3.0

Observations
 
At the time of posting this its pre-England vs Germany at the quarter finals so we will see what happens.
Oh crap they got smoked 4-1.

Personal Victory
Went to my friends birthday party and I was fairly good about what I ate. I actually had a game plan once I knew what was available.

Observations
Once again I was at a party situation but my game plan was to have a good sized meal with mostly protein rather than pick at the snack table. I had a double burger rather than 2 burgers on buns, and some cucumber and carrots without dip. I felt satisfied with the dinner and didn't feel the need to eat all night as I usually would have done
 
Day 29
Exercise

Had a company picnic today and played 6 games of volleyball.

Personal Victory
I knew there were serving KFC and Pizza at the company function today so I brought my own food. Once again it pays to plan out my meals for the day. gotta say that KFC really smelled good.

Observations
Really felt my body rebelling. I think I am suffering from over-training. Decided to take the night off for recovery. I have a hard day of training coming up on the weekend.

Observations

 
I was really exhasted after training this evening. I may have to dial it back a bit.

Observations
I was actually too tired to eat a full dinner after training. I have to make a point of eating enough. 
 
Had an amazing week. Down 2 1/2 pounds. Weeks like this definitely make the sacrifices seem worth it. I have to say a small part of me wishes that extra 1/2 pound came off so I could have reached my goal this week but I really shouldn't complain.
