The title has nothing to do with my diet but I did spill coffee on my butt this morning. Basically it fell on my seat as i was driving in to work today. Not a good start to the day

Observations
 
No word of a lie, I actually had a dream about eating Pizza last night.  I don't remember too many details but I was definitely eating pizza. I hope the calories don't carry over during the day.

So I bought these incredibly bad for you, but incredibly tasty fried, seasoned pretzel pieces before I decided to lose weight. These 2 bags have been catching my eye for some time now. I noticed this morning that my wife opened one and ate some of it. I had never come so close to grabbing a handful. But I didn't. I think they need to be removed from site ASAP!

Observations
I still have my junk food cravings but I'm starting to find myself full on less food.
 
Not the best results this week, especially after a stellar first week. The scale is going the right way and I'm down another pound. I think I will make some adjustments this week, primarily food quantities and perhaps stay away from the more fatty meats.

Walked about 3 hours at the Toronto Comic Con. Its sort of exercise.

It was hard finding healthy food to eat today when I was out. I did find a grilled chicken burger. It was kind of hard to have it without fries but I did.

Went to the Toronto Comic Con today (ya I know I'm a big nerd) and I realized I really don't want to look like the majority of these guys. "Best Motivation Ever" (Simpsons comic book guy voice)

Felt really guilty about the popcorn yesterday so I really pushed myself at the gym.

So what is the meaning behind this entry's blog title.
I woke up this morning and decided to do a pre-check of my weight-loss since Monday. Basically the scale barley moved from what I weighed at last time. I guess its better than gaining weight but still a little discouraging. I think what I will take from this is 1) I will try not to do this again until official weigh-in days and 2) I still have 3 days to make a difference so going into the weekend I have to make sure I don't slip up.

I shouldn't  check my weight prior to weigh-in day, if I do, I'll try not to get discouraged if I don't like what I see but rather use it to fuel my will-power.

Actually wasn't too hard today.

Observations
Not having my favorite foods during the week is hard enough but I think weekends are the worst.  I think by planning them a bit better, such as where I'm going to be, I can make sure I have access to healthy food.  For example, I'm thinking of doing the drive-in. Not a place where you can find healthy food! I will have to pack and bring my own.

I was tempted to drive right home after work due to traffic but instead I was able to get in 45 min of kickboxing training in. Much better than none at all.

Observations
I might have to start going back to cereal in the morning. Maybe something high in fiber. I'm starting to get a little tired of yogurt.

Avoided having a Tea in the morning and had water instead.
I ended up going to 2 martial arts classes tonight rather than just one even though the gym was f'in hot!

Observations
Trying to avoid the second caffeine drink in the morning so I didn't have a tea. I'm trying to up my water intake so I had water instead.
I'm trying to add more protein for breakfast so I added the almonds
