So day 1 of the Kali seminar was grueling. I rolled my ankle about 1 hour in but toughed it out.

Exercise
5  hours of Kali weapons training.

Food
Starbucks Protein drink (Vivanno)
chicken and mixed vegetables
12 glasses of water
Raisin bran cereal


Personal Victory
Taped up my ankle and put supporters on both my ankle and knee and again pushed through the workout.
