1 hour JKD/Self Defense training
1 hour Savate kickboxing

Food
coffee
Large yogurt and strawberries
handful of Almonds
linguine and meat sauce (Not sure if this was a good choice. Not necessarily that bad though.)
mixed vegetables
2 small yogurts
8 glasses of water
1 BBQ chicken breast
mixed vegetables
1 glass diet coke

Personal Victory


Observations
I still have my junk food cravings but I'm starting to find myself full on less food.
