Its a 3 day week for me so hump day is on a Tuesday!
Day 33
Exercise
1/2 hour of Muay Thai training (I got to the gym early so I did the last half hour of class)
1 1/2 hours JKD/Self Defense training
1 hour Savate kickboxing


Food
1 coffee
yogurt and berries vanilla Tim Horton's

Handful of Almonds
mixed vegetables
2 small turkey and Swiss sandwiches on whole wheat buns
8 glasses of water
2 small ham and Swiss sandwiches on whole wheat buns
2 pickles
3 small squares of cheddar
2 apples
watermelon

Personal Victory
Went a little crazy with the workout tonight. I was tired but not completely dead.
