Well. I gained 5lbs of new puppy yesterday. My wife finally talked me into buying a puppy. So I'm now a proud owner of a Morkie (Maltese/Yorkie) named Ninja. I did miss a workout to go buy him but I'm sure the walks will make up for it.

Exercise

1 hour of Muay Thai training

Food
1 coffee
yogurt and berries vanilla Tim Horton's

Handful of Almonds
6 glasses of water
1 large gatorade
Chicken Shawarma wrap on whole wheat
2 small stuffed chicken breasts with mixed vegetables.

Personal Victory
Really wasn't feeling up for going to the gym today. That, and I have a new dog. I already felt guilty for missing my workout yesterday so I ended up going. It was tough but I'm glad I went.
