So I've been away from blogging for some time now. I've lost some weight while I was away however I think this is still key so I plan on updating regularly  again.

Day 102
1 hour Savate kickboxing

1 coffee
yogurt and berries vanilla Tim Horton's
6 glasses of water
2 diet iced tea
footlong turkey sub from subway on whole wheat
two small bowls of udon noodles with tomato sauce and vegetables.

Personal Victory

I have to up my water intake. I noticed over the last little while I've been drinking less and less water. Now that my schedule is back to normal I should be doing better.
