I was really exhasted after training this evening. I may have to dial it back a bit.

Exercise

1 hour JKD/Self Defense training
1/2 hour Savate kickboxing
1 hour of Muay Thai training

1 coffee
yogurt and berries vanilla Tim Horton's

2 small yogurts
10 glasses of water

Personal Victory


Observations
I was actually too tired to eat a full dinner after training. I have to make a point of eating enough.
