I was so tired after working out today I had to force myself to eat some cereal for dinner.

1 hour of  JKD training
1 1/2  hours of Kali weapons training.

1 coffee
yogurt and berries vanilla Tim Horton's
Handful of Almonds
10 glasses of water
Pasta Fazool soup
3 small bbk pork loin
raisin bran cereal
