Ankle is still injured. Starting to get a little worried about my Muay Thai test on Saturday.
Day 74
1 hour of  JKD training (My ankle was still jacked so I skipped Savate and taught JKD. Got some exercise though)

1 coffee
yogurt and berries vanilla Tim Horton's
Lamb, onions and zucchini
8 glasses of water
Chicken soup
turkey Swiss sandwich on whole wheat
2 small yogurts
1 orange
