The title has nothing to do with my diet but I did spill coffee on my butt this morning. Basically it fell on my seat as i was driving in to work today. Not a good start to the day

Day 15

1 hour JKD/Self Defense training
1 1/2 hours of Kali weapons training.

yogurt and strawberries
handful of Almonds
BBQ pork loin and 1/2 BBQ sausage
mixed vegetables
2 small yogurts
a pita with Tzatziki
8 glasses of water
Raisin Bran cereal
