4 day weekend for me! Woot!

Day 34
Exercise
Had to work late today so I missed my class. I'll have to make up for it on the weekend.

Food
1 coffee
yogurt and berries vanilla from Starbucks (Timies lineup was redonkulous)
Handful of Almonds
2 small turkey and Swiss sandwiches on whole wheat buns
8 glasses of water
2 small yogurts
2 apples
1 BBQ sausage
1 BBQ pork loin
mixed vegetables
