Starbucks Protein drink (Vivanno) with a shot of espresso
8 glasses of water
Large Perrier
curry chicken with rice and green beans
1 piece of BBQ pork loin
Mixed vegetables
Large tea
chilli with whole wheat bun
raisin bran cereal

Personal Victory
Felt really guilty about the popcorn yesterday so I really pushed myself at the gym.
