yogurt and berries vanilla Tim Horton's

Handful of Almonds
1 1/2 portions of salmon with mixed peppers
10 glasses of water
Enchilada soup
grilled chicken sandwich on whole wheat
Broccoli


Personal Victory
Went to Chili's last night for my brothers birthday dinner. It was probably the hardest time I've had yet with this diet. I'm kind of proud out myself for the restraint.

Observations
I think I'm going to have to avoid restaurants or at least going to restaurants with people that are going to order food that will be tempting. I'm sure it will get easier but for now I'm having a hard time with it.
