Ridiculous amount of training today. just over 4 hours of Muay Thai and Kali and 1 hour to do my Muay Thai test. I am freakin tired. By the way I passed my test.

I'll be training all weekend long starting tonight. Should be only 1 hour tonight but 6hours on both Sat and Sunday. If I make it through I would expect some sort of weight loss.
