I'll be sitting on my butt all week at the film festival which won't help the weight loss cause. In addition my dinners will mostly be take out. I found a Shawarma place near the theatre so I suspect I will be eating a lot of that this week.

Did my Grueling Muay Thai Red Test. 2 1/2 hours long with 12 - 1 1/2 minute rounds of sparing. I think I did well. Results will come in a weeks time.

Observations.
 
1 day til the after dark film fest. I'm going to have to prepare from a diet perspective. Tomorrow I plan on doing some reconnaissance  of the area to find out where the best places are to eat healthy. Laying off the popcorn will be tough but I'll try to stick with the small. Since my last workout for a week will be on Saturday (my Muay Thai test) I will have to be extra careful.
