Observations.
 
1 day til the after dark film fest. I'm going to have to prepare from a diet perspective. Tomorrow I plan on doing some reconnaissance  of the area to find out where the best places are to eat healthy. Laying off the popcorn will be tough but I'll try to stick with the small. Since my last workout for a week will be on Saturday (my Muay Thai test) I will have to be extra careful.

Observations.
 
Taped up my ankle this morning. I'll have to see how it goes to figure out if I'm going to Muay Thai class today. I would really like to get a class in before my test.

Ended up deciding to let my ankle heal.

Ankle is still injured. Starting to get a little worried about my Muay Thai test on Saturday.

1 hour of  JKD training (My ankle was still jacked so I skipped Savate and taught JKD. Got some exercise though)

Observations.
 
Had a great weigh-in today. Dropped 3lbs since last week. I'm back ladies and gentlemen.

So day 1 of the Kali seminar was grueling. I rolled my ankle about 1 hour in but toughed it out.

5  hours of Kali weapons training.

Taped up my ankle and put supporters on both my ankle and knee and again pushed through the workout.

I was very battered, tired and had both a hurt knee and ankle but pushed through the workout.

Observations
 
I'm sooo sore after the last 3 days of intense training. I feel lighter (and a little numb). Hopefully the scale will be kind on Monday.

Foot was still hurting but I went to the gym anyway.

Observations
Noticed I wasn't eating enough vegetables and fruit. I have to make more of a conscious effort to do so.
